This New York 55' wide double townhouse was originally built in 1847 and has a rich historical background. The design and decor reflects a balance between the owners' eclectic style and the modern architecture of the 1100 Architects who were involved in the process. Inspiration was drawn from Art Deco, Art Nouveau and the Arts and Crafts period, elements of which were harmoniously incorporated into the overall design. Much of the furniture was custom made, from the 18' rosewood dining table, to the bronze cast Rateau-inspired bird table.
