When the owner decided to downsize ,she found a smaller apartment on Park Avenue which she renovated and therefore was able to stay in the same neighborhood of New York that she loved and had lived in for many years. She put at the helm, a New York Designer, who was very familiar with her previous residence. By uniting the client's vibrant art collection with tranquil colors and materials the designer created a well-balanced and sophisticated space.
