Susanna Salk's family decided to renovate a weekend cottage located just fifteen minutes from their full time home. Set back from Lake Waramaug and cocooned by rolling hills where the serene yellow light undulates on the lake. Located in northwestern Connecticut, the cottage seemed to be in a patient slumber, awaiting to arise from its spell of neglect.
